Directions: From Northern CT & MA, West I-84, to exit 32, (Queen St) left at end of ramp, Sno White Plaza is approx. 2 miles from highway on the left In Plainville on Route 10.
 
Directions: From Western CT and NY, East I-84, exit 34, right at end of ramp, Sno White Plaza is approx. 2 miles from highway on the left in Plainville on Route 10.

Please read criteria for More Fairs in the NEW location (we will have 9 fairs this year) and you are welcome to vend at ONE fair for every TWO fairs offered.  We will have at least 15 vendors at each fair ( we have a smaller location but on RT 10 now). We will ALSO offer OUTDOOR spaces on the fairs in May, June & July. Vendors will need to supply own table & canopy if desired since event will be RAIN or SHINE. No refunds.

ALSO—the fairs are ALL on Saturdays from 12-4pm 

It will be promoted on the websites as well as press releases and FaceBook of the vendors and newspapers as well as throughout the holistic community resources.

Please CALL before sending a check or paying online (860.989.0033 Shirley Bloethe) (there will be limitations on same type businesses, and each fair date rotation) See the entire year on listing  above or on website link:  On  website :  http://www.yourholisticevents.com      Feel free to choose up to one date for every three fairs, (no back to back bookings)offered on a rotating basis. Cost is $50 for (6’) (bring your own tablecloth) Electricity (inside only)-by request please. Set up begins at 9am—MUST be completed by 11am ( we get early birds)  No other tables allowed due to  space limitations in the room.

Due to smaller location and ease of traveling to the location, there will be no cancellations and no credits or refunds for vendors who do not show. Please do not choose a “winter” fair date if you do not feel you can guarantee your attendance.

    1. I am a wire wrap artist and have beautiful jewelry made from herkimer diamonds and natural stones and minerals. I think my jewelry would be a good addition to your show. I also teach wire wrapping and can demo simple techniques. I can send you photos. I use to have a web site, but I am not really commercial, it is a hobby. I have been featured in local RI galleries though and present artisan quality goods. Please send me your information if you have room for me at your fair. PS. I am a foster mom for Friends of Homeless Animals and have been to Plainville to pick up my foster dog. I also have a fiend who practices Rieki who may want to come. Janet Mansfield

        (Due to increased demand from vendors, there will be limitations on same type businesses, first come first served by date on mail or ONLINE payment receipt

        If you need to bring additional lighting you must use wall space for safety reasons.

    I would love to take part in your fair this spring.
    I am new to being on the vendor side of fairs, as I am branching out my kitchen and into the community with vegan baked goods. From what I gather, the table is included in the fee, but does that include chairs? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I am super excited about offering organic plant based goodies to others who enjoy them!

  4. Is there a new schedule for 2016?? I am very interested in attending these events. I am new to the area and just noticed this one I missed at end of November.

  5. Hi Ms Bloethe, I am interested in participating as a vendor in a few of your upcoming events. I sell all natural health products, that are great for detoxification and an amazing skin care line. I’m a newbie and am super excited to share all of these amazing products. I also have all natural homemade soaps,candles,and lip gloss.
